Duties
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and special styles tailored to client preferences
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
- Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon industry best practices through ongoing education experiance.
- Valid Hairstylist or Barber License required
- Proven experience in hair styling within a salon environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon setting
- Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining excellent communication skills
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
