Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in various installation techniques, including siding. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on various projects, from new construction to restoration, with meticulous attention to detail , safety, quality and above all customer satisfaction. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious and able to read drawings plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
Duties
- Install gutter, down pipes, fascia wrap and soffit
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing materials
- Perform tasks such as forming all types of corners, trimming and finishing.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to avoid leaks.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols related to construction and other specialized tasks
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and construction equipment
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into physical work
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and surfaces
- Familiarity with restoration processes within a construction environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various construction settings
