Vista Auto Repair is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Airdrie repair shop.
We need someone who is great with customers and has strong automotive knowledge. You must be comfortable discussing vehicle concerns, repairs, maintenance, parts and recommendations with customers and technicians.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer phones
- Create work orders and estimates
- Explain repairs and recommendations to customers
- Communicate with technicians and coordinate jobs
- Schedule appointments and provide customer updates
- Process invoices and payments
- Recommend maintenance and additional repairs when appropriate
Requirements
- Strong automotive knowledge is required
- Service advisor, mechanic, technician or automotive parts experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized and able to work in a busy shop
- Reliable and professional
Pay: $18–$28/hour depending on experience
