This position has primary responsibility for providing Administrative support to the Student Advisor Services Team, ensuring that students are provided with the best possible service.
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)

Providing information to colleagues and students, while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of student 1st and 2nd-year orientations

Preparing and auditing doutangs and student contracts, ensuring all relevant information is included

Booking appointments for SAS Management and Advisors

Booking student tours
-
Fielding incoming calls and inquiries from students
- Ensuring student files are complete and submitted to the relevant departments

Creating student Identification cards, ensuring they are uploaded to SharePoint

Preparing Approved Tuition Credit Letters for Students
- Assisting Students with disability funding applications and processing agreements

Compiling disability tutoring report for student aid
- Working collaboratively with members of the Student Advisory Services (SAS) team and Faculty to ensure that students are provided with the best possible service

Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration from a recognized institution
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
