As a Window Cleaning Technician at our company, you'll serve as the face of our brand, representing our values and commitment to excellence with every interaction. Information:
- Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour + tips + performance bonuses.
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you develop your communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting customers with a smile, showing an interest in their concerns, and ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
- Showing up to work on time
- Lower windows (< 10 feet): Remove debris from glass surfaces using a washer sleeve, eco-friendly cleaning solution, rubber squeegees, and scrapper blades. Detailing will then be done with a microfiber cloth around the frames of the windows.
- Higher windows (10-40 feet): Operating water-fed poles using a four-stage water purification system to clean windows that are up to 40 feet high. Occasional ladder use
- Counting vehicle inventory at the end of each day
- Ensure company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Access to a vehicle for transportation to and from our company HQ in Oshawa
