Job Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, production, order picking, and inventory, while remaining highly hands-on and actively supporting the warehouse team. This is a "hands-on" leadership role responsible for coordinating workflow, assigning priorities, coaching employees, and ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and customer service targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate warehouse employees.
- Coordinate daily workflow across shipping, receiving, production, and order picking.
- Monitor productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments.
- Provide hands-on support with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, year end inventory count, and equipment operation as required.
- Identify and resolve workflow, staffing, and inventory issues.
- Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Manage labour planning and overtime.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations is an asset.
- Minimum 3 + years of warehouse/distribution experience, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Supervisory/leadership experience, ability to coach and mentor staff and lead by example.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with a WMS, Excel, and Outlook.
- Forklift certification required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Saturdays as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- supervisory: 2 years (preferred)
- Warehouse distribution: 3 years (preferred)
- forklift: 1 year (preferred)
