Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our PM shift operations. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Warehouse and Production Associates, ensuring efficient inventory handling, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership, and has a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership
· Supervise PM shift operations — oversee receiving, picking, staging, loading, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Lead and mentor team members — provide coaching, performance feedback, and direction to warehouse associates to maintain productivity and quality standards.
· Coordinate shift handovers — ensure smooth communication between AM and PM teams to maintain workflow continuity.
Inventory & Documentation
· Manage inventory control — oversee cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
· Verify shipping/receiving documents — review BOLs, pick tickets, packing slips, and related paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
Safety, Compliance & Equipment
· Enforce safety and company policies — uphold all workplace safety rules, HR policies, and operational SOPs.
· Monitor equipment usage — ensure forklifts and material‑handling equipment are operated safely and inspected regularly.
· Maintain food safety and allergen control — ensure all PM shift activities comply with sanitation, allergen, and food‑handling requirements.
Process Improvement & Facility Management
· Optimize warehouse layout — recommend improvements to storage systems, workflow, and space utilization.
· Maintain a clean and hazard‑free environment — ensure warehouse and yard areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
· Resolve operational issues — identify and address bottlenecks, equipment concerns, and safety hazards.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
· Coordinate with production and purchasing — align material flow with production schedules and procurement needs.
· Support courier pickups and fleet coordination — assist with outbound logistics and transportation requirements as needed.
Training & Development
· Train new hires — onboard new employees, reinforce SOPs, and support ongoing skill development.
Other Duties
· Perform additional supervisory tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations and organizational goals.
Qualifications
· 2–4 years of warehouse /Production experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or distribution setting
· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
· Valid forklift certification and experience operating high reach forklifts and pallet jacks
· Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-volume, physical work environment
· Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and shipping/receiving procedures
· Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting BOLs, pick tickets, and layout diagrams
· Familiarity with food safety standards and allergen control procedures
· Experience with warehouse layout optimization and process improvement
· Safety-conscious mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
· Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and resolve operational issues
· Ability to work PM shift hours and support occasional overtime as required
Working Conditions

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
