We are seeking an up-and-coming Client Services Leader to help grow our client's success through the use of digital marketing programs and services.

So what exactly does the Client Services Leader own?
In this role, you will act as a trusted and experienced operational manager to your clients to ensure they receive the maximum return on their service investments. You own and build the client relationship, so you understand what they need and uncover opportunities for greater digital demand generation program offerings. You are responsible for extending the value of Contrast Digital through consulting, listening, and understanding the clients’ needs and being able to advise, assess, and suggest solutions as a result. By being a trusted resource, you will help clients get great ROI while expanding and growing our client’s investments in Contrast’s services. This requires you to have knowledge of digital marketing and applicable demand generation channels and strategies (PPC, SEO, CRO, etc.)
What skills and experience is the Contrast team looking for you to have?
Minimum 1-3 years of client service experience
Working knowledge of digital marketing
Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
A can-do attitude with the willingness to 'roll up your sleeves' and assist wherever needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business & marketing
Located in the greater Ottawa region

Present proposals with digital demand generation strategies, costs and plans to clients & internal teams
Develop and present concise post campaign reports highlighting the relevant learnings gained and recommendations for future campaigns
Analyzing and anticipating client needs while proactively developing solutions (with the help of internal partners)
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of campaigns and projects, including preparing weekly/monthly client statuses and check-ins with key internal stakeholders
Coordinate internal projects and work collaboratively with the Demand Generation, Analytics, and Creative Services teams.
Encourage organic business development with new clients
Oversee client billings
Help with new business development: research, document preparation, presentations
Manage, review, and analyze all client-facing deliverables
