We are currently looking to expand our sales team. We are looking for a motivated technical sales representative that is focused on customer service to join our team, that has a strong personality, is a fast learner & has an exceptional work ethic. Professionalism, knowledge and a team player is a must! Precast concrete and construction background is considered an asset.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
Order processing: Receiving & entering orders, verifying accuracy & managing order details.
Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels, replenishing inventory & ensuring availability for customer orders.
Customer Communication: Respond, in person or on the phone to customer inquiries, providing quotes, order status updates & resolving any issues.
Coordination: Collaborating with shipping, plant, & other departments to ensure timely & accurate fulfillment of orders.
Record Keeping: Having attention to detail & maintain accurate records of transactions, order details & corporate customer files.
Problem Solving: Addressing order discrepancies, errors & delays & finding solutions to customer issues.
Data Entry: Accurately entering order information into computer system.
Miscellaneous: Willing to help other team members when needed. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft.
Hours: 7:00 to 3:30, Monday to Friday, with 30-minute lunch
