Trout Point Lodge is Nova Scotia's premier Luxury Wilderness Lodge. We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef who will be responsible for the following:
- full breakfast responsibility for up to 30 guests with a focus on hot dishes
- capable of working flawlessly under pressure, with a good team attitude and willingness to learn
- excellent technical skills with 2-3 years experience would be preferred

As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management to create a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your knowledge of food handling and restaurant operations will ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
