Millwork Drafter – Junior project Manager

To work here you need:
- Experience drafting millwork and cabinetry
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (required)
- Experience with Fusion and B-Solid (asset)
- Solid understanding of millwork construction, materials, and shop standards
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Good communication skills with internal teams and external consultants sometimes under pressure
- Proficiency in basic administrative tools (MS office, including Excel, Word and Outlook)
Responsibilities will include:
- Producing detailed millwork and cabinet shop drawings
- Coordinating drawings with architectural, and decor
- Reviewing drawings for constructability and accuracy prior to shop release
- Downloading consultant and client drawings and organizing them into proper project folders
- Maintaining clean, accurate digital project files and drawing revisions
- Assisting with drawing revisions, RFIs, and coordination items as required
- Project estimating, site measuring and meetings
- Supporting project managers and shop staff with technical documentation
Compensation and benefits:
Wage negotiable based on experience, plus a benefits package. Ownership and leadership are proactive in supporting employee growth and long-term development.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
