Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Perform precision threading services on brows, upper lip, chin, and full face for a clean, symmetrical shape
- Provide full-body and facial waxing services (brows, lip, chin, underarms, arms, legs, bikini/Brazilian, back) using hard and soft wax techniques
- Perform eyelash lift and tint services, including patch testing and proper application/timing for client safety
- Consult with clients before each service to assess skin sensitivity, desired shape/results, and any contraindications
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including sterilizing tools and following all provincial/local health regulations
- Recommend and upsell relevant aftercare products (brow serums, soothing gels, lash conditioners, etc.)
- Keep accurate client records, including service history and any allergy or sensitivity notes
- Stay current on techniques, trends, and product knowledge through ongoing training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Meet or exceed service and retail sales targets.
- Able to work on weekends, days and evenings.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Aesthetics certification.
- Experience in performing waxing or sugaring service would be a asset.
- Required language: English.
- Must be an energetic, friendly, exceptional team player.
- Loves to work in a fast-paced environment.
