Snow Removal Field Supervisor
Note this is a seasonal on call position...great for those looking to supplement winter layoff income...Full time seasonal winter position from November 1, 2026 to April 15, 2027 or year-round employment available with prior Landscape Maintenance or Construction Foreman experience.

SUMMARY:
As a working supervisor, you will manage the activities of 6-10 snow removal units/crews, performing snowplowing, salting and sidewalk clearance, servicing industrial/commercial clients. The ultimate goal of your management and performance is to satisfy the client in the most cost-efficient manner, without incident and in accordance to contract specifications with resources assigned. In addition, you must possess the knowledge and ability to direct, perform and train others in the use of all snow removal equipment and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Min 5 years commercial snow removal experience involving all aspects.
*Min 3 years working experience in the role of Supervisor / Foreman in any field
*Thorough knowledge of commercial snow removal practices and equipment operation
*Ability to lead, motivate and delegate effectively
*Ability to organize and manage a high-volume workload under pressure and time constraints.
*The ability to train others in the use of equipment and safe working procedures
*Punctual and reliable with the ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours as required.
*Valid "G" License (DZ preferred, but not essential) with clean driver's abstract (no major infractions)
*Mechanically inclined
*Ability to speak, read and write English fluently to communicate with clients, employees and maintain records / reports as required.
Experience:
- Commercial Snow Removal: 5 years (Required)
- Supervisor / Foreman: 3 years (Required)
