Receptionist / Bookkeeper

We are a busy wholesale cabinet material and hardware company in Surrey, BC seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
- Perform data entry, filing, and general office administration.
- Support the sales and operations team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience using QuickBooks is required.
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset.
- Fluent in English and Punjabi (spoken) to effectively communicate with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
