Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help manage daily operations across multiple business streams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling administrative duties independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
- Handle document filing, scanning, printing, and organization
- Answer emails, phone calls, and assist with client communication
- Maintain records, invoices, and receipts
- Assist with QuickBooks data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office tasks
- Support property management and business operations
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Assist with tenant communication and basic Landlord & Tenant Board (LTB) processes
- General office support and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous office assistant or administrative experience required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using QuickBooks is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience handling invoices, rent records, or tenant files
- Customer service experience is an asset
