Objective:
Prepare items for shipment through prompt and accurate assembly of orders, while efficiently maintaining the established pace. Main duties include stocking work station and surrounding work areas, picking and assembling orders.

Hours: 30 - 37.5/week depending on the needs of the warehouse.

Role Responsibilities:
Places items onto conveyor system and/or into other packaging system
Accurately counts quantity of items displayed on the order pick system
Assembles product neatly and defect free
Pick shelf and inventory levels are maintained, and re-stocked with accuracy
Logs, addresses and labels all pieces for each customer's order
Ensures all supplies needed are ready and available to perform duties
Ensures product for each customer is skidded and labeled properly
Keeps warehouse and work stations neat and well organized
Has a general knowledge of industry standards, company policies, and procedures
At days end, ensures equipment has been turned off, and work area is clean, organized and secured per company policy and procedure
Adheres to all company safety policies at all times as defined in TNG's employee policy manual
Other duties as assigned

Role Requirements:
Completion of high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or combination of both
Weight handling up to 23 kg (40 lbs)
Basic mathematical skills
Written and verbal communication skills
KPI's

Orders are counted with accuracy and organized neatly to standard
Productivity standards are within company performance standards
Safety awareness
Accuracy in ensuring all product orders are labeled, stickered and skidded
Products, supplies and work area setup are neat, organized and stocked to standard
Understanding of company policies and procedures are demonstrated by following guidelines
Cleanliness, organization and security are maintained
