Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or text in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Analyze client needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Process invoices efficiently while ensuring data entry accuracy.
- Maintain detailed medical records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution that satisfies the customer.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively to provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Previous experience in customer service or the veterinary field is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude with a strong desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
