Psychometrist (Part-Time Contract)
Location: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and empathetic Psychometrist to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. The primary focus of this role will be administering psychological assessments to individuals who have sustained injuries in a motor vehicle accident. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual looking for flexible, high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and document a variety of psychological tests.
- Maintain accurate and organized assessment records.
- Ability to read medical records and identify those related to psychological issues.
- Work effectively and sensitively with clients of all ages and from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards in psychological testing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Psychology.
- Experience: Previous experience administering psychological tests is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and relate effectively to a diverse client population. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general computer skills is also an asset.
