Associate Lawyer, Foreclosures
We are seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer to join our busy Foreclosures team in Kamloops, British Columbia. The ideal candidate will bring trial experience and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. This is an in‑office position.

The role includes a diverse range of work, such as:
- Mortgage enforcement and foreclosure proceedings
- Personal property security realization
- Bankruptcy and receivership matters
- Negotiation of resolutions and settlements

The group is led by a dedicated practice leader and operates with a coordinated approach to practice management and strategic growth, ensuring that each lawyer is well supported and positioned for long-term success.
You will be part of a highly collegial and collaborative environment where mentorship, both formal and informal, is an integral part of our culture. The firm conducts annual performance reviews and maintains an active Associate Committee, which hosts monthly roundtable lunches. Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $85,000–$140,000 annually, with performance-based bonus opportunities. Individual pay is determined by market rates, job-related skills, relevant experience, and an internal equity review of other employees’ salaries.
