The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-first Sales Associate to join our team. You'll be the face of the shop — greeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find bikes, gear, and accessories that fit their riding style and budget.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers on the sales floor with warmth and energy
Learn our product line (bikes, components, apparel, accessories) to make knowledgeable recommendations
Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
Help customers select the right size, fit, and style of bike
Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-merchandised
Stay current on promotions, new arrivals, and seasonal trends
Collaborate with the service team to coordinate test rides, fittings, and repairs
Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Genuine interest in cycling (experience riding is a big plus, but not required)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Willing to work some weekends and peak-season hours
