As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Finance Leader to take full control of our group’s financial operations. This is not a "siloed" desk job; this is a high-impact, strategic role where you will act as the financial right-hand to ownership, overseeing the health and growth of multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- Centralized Financial Control: Manage the full-cycle accounting for our construction firm, restoration company, and rental portfolio.
- Strategic Oversight: Perform deep-dive financial evaluations for new projects and real estate acquisitions.
- Banking & Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison with our financial partners and oversee corporate reporting for the entire group.
- Operational Excellence: Own the QuickBooks environment and standardize our financial processes across all entities, including complex WIP reporting and daily metrics.
- Leadership: You will be supported by junior administrative/bookkeeping staff, allowing you to focus on high-level analysis and strategic financial management.

- Construction & Multi-Entity Expert: You have deep experience in the construction/trades industry. You understand the nuances of job costing, progress billing, and managing financials across multiple business units.
- QuickBooks Power User: You are the person others come to for advanced QuickBooks solutions.

- Mentor: You are comfortable directing and reviewing the work of junior support staff.
