Position Summary
As an Arcade Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while helping maintain an organized, clean, and efficient arcade. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying active, and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Answer customer questions and assist with arcade games and game cards.
- Assist customers with prize redemption.
- Keep the arcade clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
- Organize inventory and storage areas.
- Restock prizes, supplies, and merchandise.
- Monitor arcade equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support daily operations and complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Can handle the basic computer software for cashier and POS
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Weekend and evening availability is preferred.
