Our client, a reputable manufacturing organization, seeks a Temporary Contract Administrator to add to their Vaughan team.
In this role, you will be assisting the Legal Team with contract review, administration, and negotiation. Duties will include: proving contract administration support; maintaining contract templates; drafting and negotiating NDAs; coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders; manage the contract management system; use various data sources to improve templates and processes; and a variety of other tasks.
The ideal candidate will be a Contract Administrator with over 5 years of experience. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
This role has potential to become permanent.
