Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Processor with proven expertise in handling complex Canadian immigration matters and LMIA-based applications.
The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for managing cases from initial assessment through final decision, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and excellent client service across multiple immigration streams, including temporary residence, permanent residence, refugee claims, and related programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take full ownership of assigned immigration files from start to finish, including client intake, file setup, document collection, application preparation, s
- Oversee complex immigration cases end-to-end while maintaining organized files, monitoring strict deadlines, communicating with IRCC, Service Canada, and other authorities, and ensuring high standards of quality control.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through email, phone, or in-person meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the process.
- Prepare and review professional submissions, supporting documentation, responses to RFEs/RDIs, case reports, and hearing preparation materials.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior case processors by reviewing their work and assisting with complex cases.
- Conduct research on Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policy updates, and develop internal resources, guides, and educational materials for clients.
- Assist with financial aspects of case management, including file balance checks and coordination with the billing team.
- Support hearing preparation by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Stay informed about updates to IRCC and Service Canada policies, LMIA requirements, and immigration procedures.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience working as an Immigration Case Processor, Immigration Caseworker, or Immigration Manager in Canada
- Demonstrated experience preparing and managing LMIA applications and employer compliance processes
- English proficiency equivalent to CLB 8 or higher
- Experience managing full Canadian immigration applications such as:
- Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
- Temporary Resident Visas (TRV)
- Work Permits
- LMIA-based Work Permits
- Refugee Claims
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in case management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Must have valid work authorization in Canada
