What will you do?
- Read and interpret technical drawings from purchase orders or verbal instructions.
- Operate machine-tools to manufacture parts, as well as computer numerical control (CNC) tools.
- Operate high-tech digital and conventional equipment for the production of bus bars and sheet metal intended to be assembled inside electrical panels:
- CNC punch press;
- Automated storage system;
- Adjustment and production of sheet metal parts.
WORK SHIFT: FROM 4 PM TO MIDNIGHT
What will you need to succeed?
- Available to work the evening shift
- Vocational studies diploma in machining techniques or tin/sheet metal working, required.
- AVS in computer numerical control (CNC) machine-tool operation, an asset.
- All other diplomas or related equivalency will be considered
- Experience using tools in a plant.
- Methodical approach, speed of execution and concern for quality.
- Collaboration-oriented.
