Job Summary

Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facial, microdermabrasion, microneedling, chemical peels and skin tightning with precision and care.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean, hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate guests on skincare routines, ingredients, and benefits to enhance their experience.
- Assist guests, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm.
- Upsell complementary services and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities through effective communication skills.
- Support guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client inquiries professionally, and ensuring overall satisfaction during visits.
Experience
- Prior experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards relevant to skincare treatments and body waxing procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and product benefits.
- A positive attitude combined with hospitality-minded service ensures guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
