Job Type: Full-time (Evenings & Weekends required)
Pay: Commission-based with guaranteed hourly minimum wage ($45,000 – $80,000+ per year potential)
Start Date: Late September 2026 (Paid Training)
Store Opening: Late October 2026
About the Role
Join the team at The Brick’s brand new Bancroft location! We are looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to help launch our newest store. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through relationship-based selling and active listening.
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions by presenting product features, advantages, and benefits.
- Master product knowledge across furniture, mattresses, appliances, and electronics using The Brick's training modules.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
- Maintain showroom visual merchandising and pricing standards.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure a safe work environment and assist with showroom setup prior to opening.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and self-motivated attitude.
- Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is an asset (will train the right candidate).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating POS/inventory systems.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
