Overview

Duties
- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models using schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct welding and assembly tasks to repair or modify vehicle components as needed
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to complete maintenance and repair procedures efficiently
- Follow safety protocols during all repair activities, including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to troubleshoot complex issues accurately
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, maintenance work, and parts used for each vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Experience
- Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance
- Skilled in welding, schematics reading, assembly, and the use of various hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair tasks
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, automotive electronics, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Experience working with maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, and adhering to safety standards
