Responsibilities

- Support the kitchen team during busy hours, ensuring smooth meal preparation and service flow
- Follow all health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with serving staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs
Requirements
- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Basic familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
