Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of the organization's Microsoft Cloud, Data, and AI strategy across multiple business units.
- Architect scalable Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and AI solutions that support analytics, automation, and enterprise applications.
- Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI and cloud initiatives.
- Establish cloud architecture standards, governance frameworks, and security best practices aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Design integrations between ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other enterprise platforms.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and solution design sessions.
- Develop reusable architecture frameworks, reference designs, and implementation standards for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Drive AI governance, including data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, business stakeholders, Microsoft, and implementation partners to deliver successful solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present architecture strategies, roadmaps, and technology recommendations to executive leadership.
- Stay current with Microsoft cloud, AI, and data technologies to support continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- 8+ years of enterprise IT experience, including at least 5 years designing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and modern cloud architecture.
- Experience designing enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled applications.
- Solid understanding of Azure networking, security, identity management, governance, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, Purview, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting ERP, manufacturing, warehouse management, supply chain, and finance systems is highly preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer, Fabric Analytics Engineer, or equivalent are considered strong assets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives, technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business objectives into practical technology solutions.
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 | Benefits | Performance Bonus | Stocks | 20 days paid vacation
