Commission-Only Sales Representative - Restaurant Kiosk Technology
ToadEx builds self-service kiosks that help restaurants cut labour costs, speed up service, and increase average order value. We're expanding across the GTA and Southern Ontario and hiring independent sales reps to bring our kiosks to restaurant owners.
About the role
This is a fully commission-based, independent contractor role, not employment. You control your own schedule, sales methods, and hours. There's no exclusivity and no minimum hours, so you can run this alongside other clients or businesses.
You'll prospect restaurants, run product demos, and close kiosk subscriptions in person across the GTA.
Commission (uncapped)
You earn on every subscription you close, based on revenue we actually collect from the customer:
- 50% of month 1
- 10% of months 2–5
- 50% of months 6–8
At our $174/month minimum price, that's roughly $418 per restaurant over the first 8 months. Commissions are paid monthly, within 15 business days of us receiving the customer's payment.
This role is a fit if you
- Have B2B sales experience (restaurant, hospitality, or POS/payments a strong plus)
- Are self-directed and comfortable with a pure-commission model
- Are based in the GTA or Southern Ontario with reliable transportation to meet restaurant owners in person
What you provide
Your own phone, computer, and transportation. We provide product training, demo materials, and approved marketing materials.
