Position Description:
We are looking for a full time Business Intelligence Analyst to work primarily with our Product and Development teams to design, implement and maintain BI and analytical solutions.

The BI Analyst will be responsible for testing, fixing, and debugging issues with analytics portals, as well as creating new reports, KPIs, charts, and dashboards for new and existing analytics portals.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and organizational skills. Knowledge of SQL, ETL and data models is preferred.

Responsibilities
1. Develop new BI reports, dashboards and portals using our existing architecture and 3rd party tools.
2. Troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software.
Performance tuning of existing reports and dashboards.
Gather and analyze business customer requirements.
Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BI development.
Present and visualize data with relevant use of graphs and charts.
Build and maintain existing Data Warehouses and Data Marts to ensure interoperability with BI solutions.
Deployment of new releases / changes to Test and Production systems.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Knowledge of SQL Server (SSMS, SSRS, and SSIS).
Familiar with Data Warehouses and ETL processes.
Passionate about business intelligence technology and designing BI solutions that will provide outstanding user experience.
Strong knowledge of analyzing as well as designing data models that meet reporting needs.
Strives for continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Experience Required
Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science or related field.
