Job Description
This co-op role sits at the center of how Milwaukee brings products to life in the field. You’ll support the planning and execution of product-focused events, trade shows, and showcases, helping turn product strategy into real-world experiences. Working closely with the Product and Event Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in keeping teams aligned and events running smoothly, while also leading exciting special projects that help shape the future of Milwaukee’s event marketing strategy.
What You Will Do
Support the coordination and execution of product launches, roadshows, national showcases, and trade shows
Work closely with Product and Event Marketing teams to organize event-related activities, including internal contests, SPIF programs, trade show activations, and team communications
Help ensure teams are aligned, informed, and prepared leading up to key events
Lead high-impact special projects focused on researching and evaluating trade shows and industry events across Canada, assessing audience quality, product fit, and return on investment
Research emerging trends in product-focused event marketing, including new technologies, merchandising approaches, and engagement tools
Create leadership-ready reports and presentations to support future event strategy and investment decisions
Develop hands-on skills in market research, data analysis, product storytelling, presentation development, and cross-functional communication
Gain exposure to how product strategy, marketing, and field execution come together within a national brand
What You Will Bring:
Currently enrolled as a student in a post-secondary co-op program.
Role requires a Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for the length of the term.
Occasional travel is required (local).
Must have proficient computer skills and Microsoft applications (Excel, Power Point, Word).
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Able to work independently while knowing when to ask questions
