Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on a variety of residential, commercial, projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and structures for roofing installation or repair using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Install various roofing materials including shingles, metal panels, tiles, or membrane systems with precision and care
- Perform roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks or damage and execute necessary repairs or replacements
- Utilize masonry, carpentry, concrete finishing, and caulking skills to ensure seamless integration with building structures
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like lifting materials or setting up scaffolding
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing projects preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents accurately
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Familiarity with roof safety protocols and OSHA regulations is essential
- Prior experience in restoration or building maintenance is advantageous

Pay: $21.10-$25.50 per hour
