We are looking for a proactive, client-focused Manager, Employer Services to join our dynamic, fast paced team.

Reporting to the Vice President, Service Delivery, this position leads initiatives to increase employer engagement, build Plan champions and will transform how the Plan serves employers through the deployment of an integrated employer portal. This role is important because you will be responsible for ensuring your Employer Services team provides technical support and guidance to facilitate the administration of the Plan and meeting service standards.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
A history of taking on progressively more senior responsibilities
Understanding of pension administration systems; employer and member portals; and working with pension plan texts
Demonstrated experience managing staff
Thorough knowledge of pension calculations and formulas is required
Experience with payroll-based data collection and spreadsheet tools
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, a mathematical aptitude
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Knowledge of applicable legislation
Exceptional judgement, strong team player, thorough, and logical
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience with data collection updates, contribution reconciliation and member statement processes
Someone who thrives juggling multiple priorities
Proficient with using Excel and ability to learn new software programs is required
Your College Diploma or University Degree, a minimum of ten years of experience in pension administration with 3-5 years managing direct reports; MEPP/public sector experience working directly with employers or experience with outsourcing service providers working directly with clients makes you the ideal candidate. You must also have your Pension Plan Administration Certificate, Certified Employee Benefit Specials Program or Certified Benefits Professionals designation(s).

Once here:
You will lead initiatives to increase employer engagement and build Plan champions
You will transform how the Plan services employers through the deployment of an employer portal
You will develop strong working relationship with employers, be accountable for customer satisfaction, and lead initiatives with employer working groups
You will manage the Employer Services team to ensure responsive and high quality service
You will develop and motivate the Employer Services team, and identify opportunities for growth
