SmartVolt Group is looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone confident in sales, organized with follow-ups, and comfortable communicating with clients in the construction and electrical industry.

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Office-based with some remote flexibility
Pay
Hourly base pay: Ontario minimum wage
Commission: 5% on every closed deal
Responsibilities
- Communicate with new and existing clients
- Send estimates and quotations
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Build strong client relationships
- Close electrical and construction service deals
- Track leads, updates, and client communication
Requirements
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Professional, confident, and organized
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Construction or electrical sales experience is an asset
- Must be able to work from the office when required
