We are seeking Licensed Plumbers to perform service on plumbing and heating systems in low-rise buildings and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- Troubleshoot, service, and maintain heating systems and boilers
- Identify and address plumbing problems in high-rise apartment buildings and commercial properties
- Clear blocked drains of various sizes using drain machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with potable water and/or drain piping in high-rise buildings and commercial properties
- Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
- NEW CONSTRUCTION plumbing experience.
- Install, service, and maintain backflow prevention devices - Not required, but would be a plus
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Plumbing License - Up to date - required OR Apprentice 3rd year and up
- Class G Ontario Driver's License - Up to date - Clean driving record - required
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $30.00-$54.00 per hour
