MME is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team! MME is currently seeking a Project Manager with experience managing industrial projects to join our team. Based in Sherwood Park, the project manager will be a vital member of the team, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget targets are met.
- Liaise between clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring that key milestones are achieved on time.
- Track and report on project progress, including material procurement, staffing, and schedule updates.
- Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes.
- Support project team with budgeting, cost control, and procurement activities.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve project-related issues and assist in mitigating any potential risks.
- Prepare and update project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or coordinator in commercial & industrial electrical projects.
- Electrical experience is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
