Home Renovator
Armoured Touch has been in the home renovation business for over 20 years and has been recognized by our customers and our community for excellence in quality and customer service.
We are looking for a motivated, dependable Lead Renovator with experience in residential and commercial remodeling. Candidates must be well versed in building codes and practices with knowledge of current and non current installation practices in home renovation products and materials.
You will bring to us:
Knowledge and experience in the following
- 3-5 years previous experience
- Ability to lead renovations independently
- Perform advanced carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting and finishing work.
- Basic plumbing
- Previous supervisory skills and ability to lead junior staff
- Integrity and pride in your work
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Strong communication and resolution skills
