Job Title: HVAC & Fabrication Labourer
Location: Guelph, ON
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable HVAC & Fabrication Labourer to join our growing team in Guelph. This is a hands-on role supporting our HVAC, roofing, welding, and fabrication crews with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general labour duties.

Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, setup, and daily tasks
- Load and unload trucks and organize materials in the shop and on job sites
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as directed
- Support multiple divisions based on project requirements
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Complete other general labour duties as assigned
Requirements
- Physically capable of performing manual labour throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights (training provided)
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment
Assets
- Previous construction, manufacturing, or industrial labour experience
- Working at Heights certification
- Forklift, telehandler, or aerial lift certification
- Interest in pursuing a career in the skilled trades
