JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for technical and operational roles within the aviation industry. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, pipeline development, and driving recruitment processes forward. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to work independently while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong talent efficiently. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake meetings through offer stage.

Source and recruit for technical and specialized roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, networking, and referrals.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and overall fit.

Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and keep recruitment processes moving forward.

Build and maintain active candidate pipelines by continuously sourcing, engaging, and generating qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and sourcing strategies to increase efficiency, quality of hires, and overall hiring effectiveness.

Manage multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing for specialized technical roles.

Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.

Experience recruiting within aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or other technical industries is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
