ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join the Alliston Creamery team. In this role, you'll keep our financial operations running smoothly handling bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts receivable while also supporting day-to-day office administration and special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Process and manage customer invoicing accurately and on time
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections
- Reconcile accounts and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Handle general office administration and special projects as assigned
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online this is a must
- Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounts receivable
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with technology; confident learning new software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
QuickBooks Online experience is required. Candidates who are not familiar with QuickBooks Online will not be considered for this role.
HOURS & SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This is an in-office position based at our Alliston Creamery location in Alliston, Ontario.
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
