REQUIREMENTS
Not everyone can be the perfect fit for this role. So, to be considered, please have the following in regard to:
- Experience: Love getting things clean but have no "professional" cleaning experience - no worries. We'll perfectly train you to be the best!
- Skills: A fast learner with *physical strength and stamina to work for a full day. You follow instructions and directions "to a tee" and can adjust on the fly. Organized and committed to cleanliness - putting forth a great impression. You can effectively communicate in a team environment.
- Characteristics: You excel in working as part of a team. You're an ultra-dependable, self-starter with a desire to learn, get results and be the best! Your attention to detail and incredible attitude help you stand out above the rest of the crowd.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Done Right Cleaning House Cleaner, you'll work to perfectly clean our clients homes'. Your industry leading training will allow you to succeed while learning as you go. Along your journey to be the best House Cleaner in the industry, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaboration with your team to achieve a goal in a specified time period.
- Help people live in more safe and clean environments.
- Contribute to build a strong team and offer valuable insight to our management team and team leaders.

*Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 80-90% of the time)
- Occasional lifting from 50 lbs+, assisted (approximately 10-20% of the time)
- Access and mobility in tight spaces
- Sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling and using hands/fingers to use sprayers, vacuums, mops and dusters
