Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, works well independently, and thrives in a calm, slower-paced environment while maintaining a warm and positive attitude.
You will be the first point of contact for our members and play an important role in creating an excellent studio experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist members with bookings, scheduling, and general questions
- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
- Use Google Sheets to track information and complete administrative tasks
- Support daily studio operations and member experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Help create a positive and welcoming studio atmosphere
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic computer systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Light studio upkeep and organization
- Able to work independently in a slower-paced environment while staying engaged and proactive
