Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Inside Customer Sales Representative / Sales Team Member to join our team ASAP. This role mainly involves providing quotes to new and existing clients, calling and contacting existing clients via calls, emails, texts and voicemail, booking jobs, handling customer inquiries, managing inboxes, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Process new leads from phone calls, Website, email inbox, HomeStars, Yelp, and Google.
- Customer Relations: Provide quotes, book jobs, and maintain communication with previous clients.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain a logical schedule for up to 8 crews, considering location, production value, and estimated work duration.
- Client Communication: Handle inquiries related to scheduling, billing, rescheduling, and job details.
- Inbox & Call Management: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the company inbox.
- Weather-Related Adjustments: Reschedule jobs in cases of inclement weather.
- Accounts Receivable: Follow up on outstanding invoices.
- CRM Management: Organize and maintain client records using Jobber.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks to the operations manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work in high pressure situations plus multi tasking
- Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is an asset
- Familiarity with CRM software (Jobber preferred) is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:

Work Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- 6-7 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday availability required
