We are looking for reliable individuals who are available on a casual basis. Duties for any locations can include, but are not limited to, indoor perimeter and floor checks, outside perimeter checks, dealing with vagrants, filling out of reports sheets, and incident reports when/if needed. There are weekend shifts.

Summary
As a Security Guard, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment. With core skills in surveillance, loss prevention, and security protocols, you will be tasked with monitoring and protecting our premises. Your premium skills in law enforcement will ensure effective enforcement of rules and regulations. Additionally, your relevant skill in operating CCTV systems will aid in monitoring and deterring potential security threats. Responsibilities
- Control access to the facility by verifying identities of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Conduct thorough patrols of the property to detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, coordinating with law our mobile back up team and enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism using conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes peacefully.
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance in medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Experience
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement is highly desirable; military background is a plus.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; ongoing training will be provided if needed.
- Strong understanding of conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations effectively.

Pay: $15.35-$16.00 per hour
