Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused FOH (Front of House) Staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to enhance their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are upheld at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitation protocols
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of the food industry best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Familiarity with POS systems, for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and upselling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere
