Leasing Law Clerk

Our client, a well established, friendly law firm located in the north end of Toronto is looking to hire a Leasing Law Clerk to join its team. This is a new role within the firm.
With the support of experienced counsel, you will have the opportunity to assist with the drafting of office, industrial and retail lease agreements as well as ancillary documents.
The successful candidate should ideally have 3-4 years of commercial leasing experience from a reputable law firm or in-house legal department although all levels of experience will be considered. In addition, strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills are necessary along with the ability to work under pressure. Confidence, dependability, a keen eye for detail and strong initiative is further required. This firm is comprised of a group of team oriented, friendly professionals.
