We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various projects and tasks across our operations. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines and reporting any hazards or concerns.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to labor tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
