About Nexora Fitness
Nexora Fitness is a premium commercial gym opening in New Westminster, built around the promise: Power Fuels You. Progress Shapes You. Nexora Transforms You. We’re building something different — imported equipment, riverfront views, and a members-first experience.
The Role We’re looking for a marketing-minded self-starter to own our social presence and digital marketing from the ground up, while also working the floor on membership sales. This is a hybrid role for someone who wants to grow into a Sales Manager position as we open.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages
- Plan and run paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Build and maintain a social media/marketing content calendar
- Shoot and edit reels/short-form video across platforms (a plus)
- Create on-brand marketing assets and promo content
- Maintain and update the gym website
- Drive membership sales — tours, sign-ups, follow-ups
- Support pre-launch lead generation and waitlist growth
- Outbound follow-up (calls, texts, emails)
- Generate referrals from existing members; build local B2B community partnerships
Operational Duties
- Facility upkeep and cleanliness
- Handling delinquent accounts/billing
- Front desk coverage
- Team training and meetings
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
Growth Path Strong performers will be considered for Sales Manager as Nexora scales.
What We’re Looking For
- Marketing background with hands-on social media management experience
- Comfortable running paid ad campaigns, not just organic posting
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) — a plus
- Sales-comfortable — enjoys talking to people, closing memberships
- Self-directed and comfortable in a startup/pre-launch environment
